Automobile Carriers (AMC) was founded in 1995 by Shri Dhan Kumar Kothari and Mr. Sanjay Jain in Guwahati, then a small town in Assam with a single truck and a vision that was way ahead of its time. AMC gradually expanded its services to whole of North East.
From this humble beginning AMC has today grown into a nationally renowned logistics and transport company which is also currently the one of the largest fleet owners of commercial vehicles in India with a fleet of 600 self-owned Vehicles and more than 5,00,000 Sq. Ft. of Warehouse and Stockyard among others. Mr. Sanjay Jain has now been joined by his two sons Mr. Kunal Kothari & Mr. Karan Kothari who brings in newer strategies to further drive the growth of the Company.
Over the years, AMC has pioneered in providing a safe and reliable delivery network in the field of Transportation service. It has spread its operations to Car transportation, Two-Wheeler transportation, Container Transportation to meet the growing demands of its burgeoning customer base.
3PL, Warehousing solutions & In-plant Logistics services offered by AMC are tailor-made and cater to unique needs of its diverse customer base. With the largest goods transportation network in India, AMC Logistics and Warehousing service is indispensable for a large number of Corporate Houses. This network spans the length and breadth of the country along with Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh and is supported by strategically located transhipment hubs. We operate through a network of various Branches to cater our valuable customers.
Mr. Dhan Kumar Kothari is the founder of Automobile Carriers with an experience of over 40 years in the logistics & transportation industry. Still young at heart and open to changes, he is a mentor to the top level management.
Mr. Sanjay Jain has an extensive experience of more than 25 years in the area of Finance and Operation. Determination and willingness to work hard with a desire to excel is helping him achieve new milestones everyday.
With a degree from IIT Delhi, Kunal Kothari has been deeply involved in all the verticals of Automobile Carriers. He has an excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an exposure of working with people of diverse cultures.
A Management graduate from Christ University, Bangalore with a degree from IIM Ahmedabad in Logistics, Karan Kothari is enthusiastic and proactive. He remains focused towards bringing seamless energy within the group.
